I have started on my BOG. I am using 4x4 pressure treated wood. What would be good to use as the bottom of the BOG? 2x4 or plywood? I will have it sitting on 4x4's partially over the pond.

i would continue to use the pressure treated 4x4's. it would help hold the weight of gravel, water, plants and piping alot better. i think u can use 2x4's but would prob have to at least add a center beam for support and to keep the thinner boards from bowing. i would not use plywood.
