Black pond fish

I have 4 fish which were born in my pond. I have goldfish and koi. The oldest is at least 5 with a very slight bit of orange underneath. The others are at least 3 years old and totally black
Will they change colour

Same here. I have one that has never changed. The rest change at their own pace.

It is amazing - I had one just this year that was a 3-4 year old fish, with just a bit of gold below and nearly 75% black on top, suddenly change to all gold within a 7-10 day period. It was like watching my wife change hair color...
