The little bullfrog made it through the winter in our boat pond as a tadpole. Just finished losing his tail.

just be aware that while cuteness is one attribute of lil bullfrogs, another is that they eat anything they can get into their mouths, including your fish. There's reports/pics of bullfrogs eating birds, so...

Yep. Be a while before this guy is a threat to my fish. They are bigger than he is.

We had a juvenile bull frog in the pond last summer and he grew rapidly. The biggest problem was he thought he could fit more in his mouth then he actually could and we had many drowned birds

Hopefully your little fella will be content with smaller meals !

I like bullfrogs!! Grew up with them, watched them, listened to them, caught a couple on spinner baits while I was bass fishing, even ate them. My koi are too big for him, if he eats a couple of my comets or mosquito eating minnows I'll buy more.
