Are those cracks?

No just seams, still needs second coat. Took your advice and decided to fill it first.
There are some small cracks but none over a eighth of a inch. Very few as well.

this is really the only crack, the rest are hairline.

Verify that all cracks, even hairline are thoroughly sealed before filling with water. A considerable amount of water can be lost because of just 'Hairline' cracks.
