This plant has took root in my pond and I'm looking to identify it. Any help would be much appreciated:

I was thinking that as well. What is the smaller leaf plant in the picture, floating in the water? I have that in my pond, but no clue what it is. Its not doing well, its just floating around, maybe I need to actually anchor it?

Any tips on how to get to grow like that? Mine is looking pretty pathetic! I don't have it anchored, its just propped on some rocks and floating a bit. Does it need to be in soil> How deep?

According to the label that accompanied the plant it says plant in a small or medium container using aquatic soil, covering with pea gravel. It says to place in the deepest part of the pond but I just put mine under the water and it quickly grew to the surface.

The Starwort plant is really pretty. I like the small leaves and lighter color. Might have to look for that. :) Heck any plant would look good in my pond right now. It is pretty stark. Waiting for things to get growing. And need to plant lots around the pond this year.

I think I may have identified this as Mentha Aquatica.

I was going to say it looks like water mint, crush the leaves see if it smells minty. Mine looks like that.
