This seems to be the year for new friends showing up at my pond...... first the Red Eared Slider...... now this guy has his head popped up around my skimmer.... lol

Probably seeing if there are any frogs to snack on.
Almost stepped on a large garter snake yesterday near my pond, no doubt coming by for a frog snack. My pond is looooaded with green frogs and one big fat female bull frog, although the garter snake may get the short end of that battle.

Yeah.... between the frogs and Blue Tailed Skinks...... doubt he is fast enough for the skinks
