Looks like it. It’s neither good nor bad. It’s something that happens to all ponds, usually when there aren’t enough plants to consume excess nutrients. You can pull it out and toss in your compost. How many plants do you have?
Thank you for the info it is greatly appreciatedAlgae is a sign of a healthy pond meaning that water is not toxic. Though algae can certainly survive where plants can not. Algae such as hair algae is not a bad algae it is just unsightly in large quantities.
