algae vs water Lilly seedling

Water Lilly take almost 10-15 days to germinate.

After that it stops and grow slowly.

Question.: Every time I sow seeds in a small container,(smaller container warm up faster), it germinate and grow two leaves, then algae cover the whole thing, and water start to form bubble because of algae and Lilly dies.

How to prevent algae from growing and covering the plant?

Preventing the algae is not the problem as its growth on submerged plant foliage is a natural occurrence.
Are you adding any fertilizer? What are the seedlings planted in?
