aeration pump ?

We bought a house with a pond approximately 5X6X3 Just under 700 gallons ? we bought an aeration pump and Im concerned it might be too powerful for our pond and stress the fish. The fish are very small Koi from the local pet store, maybe 1.5 to 2"

I have a very large one for my pond too that looks like a volcano when it's bubbling but it is only on one side of my 2400 gal pond. Fish like to go through it even tho it is very turbulent. If your fish don't like it they will stay far away from it. If you have it in your pond already watch them and see how they act. Will they allow you to return it tho is the question?

Most like the air. Be aware your koi will grow fast and outgrow your pond.

Are you sure you have koi? Koi don't stay under two inches very long.
