Must be getting close to July. Those temps are the new norm in my area. Have been for several years.

Meyer. We usually have around 95 99 and break a hundred ever so often. I love hot muggy weather so it's all good to me, the wife who's from Miami hates it lol. I'm pretty sure fish hate it too. They seem pretty comfortable now

Mathis I dunno but it was pretty cool thruout the day. I put the shade up this morn when it was mild. Fish looked pretty good. They ate the swam around. I know the temps would have easily reached into 90s if not for the shade, a nine dollar tarp.

Just glad my little pond only gets about 3 hrs of sun in the morning. No big blooming flowers but no boiled fish either! Lol! It got to 94 in the shade here yesterday! We are in a nationwide heat wave for most people. For WV, I am sorry about your flooding. Its gonna be a rough ride. We are praying for you.

I have shade over mine as well, ( here in California 8a or 9b) but I was wondering about using ice bottles to cool down my little ponds , icu and nursery ponds about 30 or so gallons ? I also have a small pond for my clams, trapdoor snails and river minnows. Their water should b on the cool side right???
